Carolina discovered yoga as a way to restore balance in her life on a physical and energetic level. She left her home country and office job in 2015 and embarked upon a journey of being free and excited about the unknown. It was not long before she deepened her love of yoga and completed a Hatha and Ashtanga teacher training. It then led to attending several silent Vipassana retreats that deepened her meditation practice and clearly presented her lifes purpose to help others find peace and balance through Yoga, meditation, healing, moon ceremonies, talking circles and life coaching.
Carolina sees her body as a temple and is a wonderful example of the joy that comes with a dedicated Vegan diet. Her patience and warmth make her a great teacher for beginners as they feel a deep connection and trust around her. The yoga classes she delivers have a strong emphasis on removing the ego both in the practice and in our lives. She loves to remind people that the time on the mat is a sacred time for ourselves, where we can celebrate our unique bodies, embrace our imperfections, understand ourselves better and have a little fun as well!
Carolina excels in motivating people to understand who they really are first and then work on releasing any limiting beliefs, so they can reach their full potential in life.
