Liina Flynn has been practicing yoga since she was ten years old and has a life-long love of yoga.
She believes that the spiritual, mental and physical practice yoga practice should should change as a person changes - that with an open mind and heart, there is always a way to fit yoga into your life, no matter what happens.
Liina is always learning and encourages her students to discover deeper awareness about their own mental and emotional selves as they journey through the physical practice of Asana, and encourages them to smile as they practice.
Liina is an experienced 200 hour YTT qualified yoga and meditation teacher with over 1000 hours teaching experience in classes, workshops and retreats in Australia and overseas.
She has a background in Meditation, Hatha, Iyengar (alignment-based) & Astanga-Vinyasa yoga and her yoga and meditation mentors and teachers have included Carlos Pomeda and Michel Besnard; who studied directly under BKS Iyengar and Pattabi Jois.
She combines the heat-generating and detoxification practice of the Jois's Astanga-Vinyasa system with the physical-body alignment instruction of Iyengar's teachings.
